This Shipping Policy explains how Savvy Body Glue processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through this website.

 

WHERE WE SHIP: We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

SHIPPING COST: Shipping is free on every order. The price shown for each pack on our website is the final price you pay at checkout - there are no additional shipping charges, handling fees, or hidden costs added on top.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). During sale periods or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer - we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME: Once dispatched, delivery times vary by location: Delhi NCR 1-2 business days; rest of North India 2-3 business days; Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Gujarat 2-4 business days; Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh 3-5 business days; South India 4-6 business days; East India, North-East, Bihar 4-7 business days; all other regions 3-6 business days. You can get a live estimate for your pincode using the delivery checker on our product page. These are estimates only and not guaranteed - we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

 

ORDER TRACKING: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you have questions about the status of your order, contact us at savvyglue@gmail.com.

 

LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING PARCELS: If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the estimated window, please contact us at savvyglue@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier and make it right.

 

ADDRESS ACCURACY: Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and phone number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
